You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Personal-care items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons

Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement free of charge, with no need to return the original.

Can I exchange a product?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for your preferred variant.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. If it's been longer than 15 working days since approval, please get in touch.
