You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Return
- •Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- •Proof of purchase is required
- •Personal-care items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement free of charge, with no need to return the original.
