Yes, that’s correct. This product is intended for adults as it contains ingredients such as melatonin and hops. We are considering the development of a product specifically designed for children in the future.

When is the best time to apply this product to the body?
We recommend applying it approximately harf an hour to an hour before bedtime, and creating a conducive sleep environment by avoiding exposure to blue light-emitting products like computers and phones. It’s also important to steer clear of items like coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes, as you’re likely aware. Don’t forget to remove the sleep patch when you wake up in the morning.

What are the six ingredients in this product?
The current 2.0 version of our sleep patch contains Melatonin, Hops, 5-HTP, Magnesium, Valerian root, L-Tryptophanand and nothing else. each serving different aspects of the sleep cycle.

Is it permissible to shower while wearing the sleep patch?
Wearing the patches while taking a shower may affect their adhesive properties. Therefore, we recommend that if you typically shower just before bedtime, it is best to apply the patches after shower. This will help ensure that they remain securely attached and can provide you with the desired benefits throughout the night.

Will using this product definitely show results?
