Didn’t really help my boy. The pictures are cute and he liked choosing which one to use, but he still took ages to fall asleep and woke up twice in the night. The scent was also a bit strong for me, kind of perfumy in the room. Maybe good for some kids but for us it was not big diference.

Honestly amazing. My twins are usually a nightmare at bedtime, always one more drink, one more story, running around like it’s a party. With these on their pillows the whole vibe in the room is softer, the scent is really soothing and they just seem to melt into the covers after a while. We still do our normal routine with stories, but there’s less hyper chatter and more yawning. I also like that the fragrance lasts right through the night, because they sometimes stir at 3 or 4am and now they tend to snuggle back down instead of yelling for us. The little cartoon shapes are a big hit too, they fight over which design they get, which is a nice problem to have at bedtime. For us this has made evenings less stressful and everyone in the house a lot less exhausted.
My kid didn’t like it. He pulled it off. Not the product’s fault maybe but didn’t help.
