Amazing sleep aid. I put on arm 30 minutes before bed and fall asleep fast. Wake up feeling refreshed, not like with sleeping pills where I feel groggy. The magnesium help with muscle tension too I think. Is very good quality product.

Took a few nights to really feel the effects. First night nothing happened, second night fell asleep faster but woke up at 3am. By the third night, I was sleeping through. The magnesium definitely helps with muscle relaxation too. Not giving 5 stars because they don't stick very well if you're a restless sleeper like me.

These patches have become part of my bedtime routine. Not a miracle cure but definitely helps me wind down and drift off more easily. Nice that they're discreet and don't have any strong smell.

Some nights these work wonders, other nights not so much. The valerian root can be smelled through the packaging which isn't ideal. When they do work though, I get about 7 solid hours which is better than my usual 5.
